What studies are currently being carried out using vascular targeted PDT for prostate cancer?

At present there are several studies being conducted using Vascular-Targeted PDT for non-metastatic localized prostate cancer.

One study in previously untreated localized prostate cancer is being conducted at the University College London Hospitals Trust, London – U.K. The Urologist in charge of the study is Prof. Mark Emberton. Click on the button on the right to find out more and whether you can take part.

One study in localized prostate cancer previously treated with external beam radiation therapy (EBRT) is being conducted in four centers in Canada. Some of the urologists in charge of the study are Dr. Mostafa Elhilali (Montreal), Dr. John Trachtenberg (Toronto) and Richard Casey (Oakville).
